ASOC NEEDLAB, which is in charge of the website, henceforth CONTROLLER, makes this document available to users in order to fulfil the obligations contained in Law 34/2002, dated 11 July 2002, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSICE), Official State Gazette No. 166, as well as to inform all website users of the conditions of use.
Anyone who accesses this website is considered a user and pledges to observe and strictly comply with the provisions contained herein, as well as any other legal provision applicable.
ASOC NEEDLAB reserves the right to change any kind of information that may appear on the website without the obligation to forewarn or inform users of these obligations, with the understanding that publication on the ASOC NEEDLAB website is sufficient.

Regardless of the intended purpose, the total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialisation requires the prior written consent of the CONTROLLER in all cases. IP addresses
The website servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a name automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All of this information is recorded in a duly registered activity file on the server which later enables the data to be processed in order to get solely statistical measures which show the number of page impressions, the number of visits to the web servers, the order of visits, the access point, etc.
4. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
To resolve any controversies or issues related to this website or the activities conducted on it, the parties expressly accept that Spanish law shall be applicable, and any conflicts stemming from or related to its use shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals that are the closest to Barcelona.
