The Needlab Fellowship
Build a more sustainable world, together.
Introducing the Needlab Fellowship: a vibrant network of changemakers from both public and private sectors, united by a common goal of driving sustainability-focused projects forward, brought together in a 6-month program.
Fellows come from diverse backgrounds like civil service, construction, architecture, entrepreneurship, design, and academia - and collectively, they constantly provide one another with relevant connections, resources, and support.
Together, Needlab Fellows leverage their collective expertise and resources to overcome barriers and create lasting impact.
Most of all, they get things done.

Together, what can we change?
Buildings are currently responsible for nearly 40% of the total global energy-related carbon emissions, a staggering figure that demands action. We hold the responsibility of designing and constructing sustainable spaces that have a low carbon footprint.
But, it's not just about the environment. It's also about people.
The construction and architecture industries are lacking in diversity and inclusivity, especially in leadership positions. By addressing this imbalance, we can create a more sustainable and dignified world for all.
